Anyone else get a postcard from Toyota?

I have gone to the site, it is there but it is based on macromedia flash and and almost uinreadable on my computers. Very black image and no way to resize the window contents. Morever, when I tried to register and went thru the series of questions, at the end clicking on 'done' nothing happened. The promised email confirmation never arrived.
Admittedly I use Firefox and have numerous security barriers installed, including 'Ghostsurf' for anonymous web serfing and cookie/add blocking. Perhaps that prevented the registration from completing.

Joined site. Very well thought out with how information is displayed. I applaud Toyota for campaigning to inform people about Hybrid technology.

I received the postcard today. The Toyota Hybrid Site is also the main banner on the PriusChat site. I got to it but the legend on the right side and the join link are almost off the window. Flash is spiffy but a little cumbersome with the legend not being completely visible.

 

I got the postcard, but haven't tried the site yet. From everyone's problems here with it, I don't know that I'll even bother.

I actually stumbled on the site yesterday, but didn't think anything about it. When I got home, the postcard was waiting for me, but I didn't get a chance to look at it closely.

I just registered and have one complaint - it's too hard choosing only 5 reasons.

 

I stumbled on to the site a while ago (maybe even a few weeks?)... been signed up on it ever since, without a problem. I just wish they would offer some sort of desktop widget that would show the estimated gallons of gas saved - I'd love to have that counter sitting there, ticking merrily away.

 

I got the card yesterday, but didn't try it. Maybe tonight.

EDIT: I joined as of 10/27. No problems setting up.

 

I finished it in like 1 minute...there's nothing more to it other than choosing five reasons, then you're done.

 

I got the card also, but I had already joined the site before.

 

Tried to 'join' but [1] Text is so tiny on the 'cute' registration format that it's almost impossible to read - tiny text on black backgrounds; [2] When I navigated away to another tab for a moment, the site moved back to the intro screen - essentially logging me off in the midst of my responses.

I don't think it is worth the trouble. A poorly thought-out and poorly designed web site.

Despite the tiny letters and my bad I-sight it worked for me.

 

I'll add that I got mine today too! :wacko: But I joined the site about a week or two ago.

 

Yeah I got one yesterday. I'd already signed up at the HSD website a week or 2 ago as well...
