iPod Icon Issues

    Hi! My IPod icon no longer works, and I’m forced to use Bluetooth for all music right now. Here’s an image of the current screen...any ideas on how to fix this? I’m sure other people have experienced this at some point...

    Exact thing happened to me. Happened while car at dealer for oil change; iPod worked on way to dealer, no iPod icon when leaving dealer. Still charges iPod. They "researched" it and tell me there is no fix; can replace head unit for $1000, but it likely will have same issue. No further explanation. Mine will not access the blue tooth either, though. Lets me use my iPhone for calls, indicates phone is connected for calls and for music, when I select blue tooth as source for audio it just spins and says "please wait..." I would love to hear a solution; software update, after market head unit, etc.
