So lately my Prius stopped transmitting my phone calls at a reasonable volume.

I unpaired and repaired my phone.

It’s not NOT working volume is just very low. But is paired and working. Music volume is no problem.

    ideas?

Try disconnecting the 12v battery for 30 secs. Your presets will be gone.

It's same thing as rebooting your personal computer... It resets all the systems so whatever caused your volume to go down will be wiped away as a setting and it will revert back to original setting.

Would you say the same thing if tech support asked you to reboot your personal computer to see if your problems go away? Because that's the same thing you're doing by disconnecting the 12 volt battery.

Try pressing down and holding the radio’s power button for 20+ secs to reset it.
