VSC light on, no clock, key fob must be in slot to start, rear hatch doesn't open ...

Probably been asked many times before, but I can't find an answer in the search function, so here it goes again.
All seems to have happened at the same time. The car will not turn on now unless the key-fob is in the slot, there a VSC red light on, the clock display is blank and the hatch won't open .... I guessing it is probably a fuse but .... where do I look?

Just to add to the things that don't work now, the stereo doesn't turn on either ..... I think it's just a blown fuse but which fuse?

Thank you for that davecook89t, I've been off the ai for while trying to catch up on a work backlog and recovering from having a wisdom tooth removed. Being old sucks, the recovery time at 66 is a lot longer than when I was 26, should have got them all out then .....
Fuses 7, 11, 15 and 38 look to have the descriptions for the bits that don't work, no idea why so many fuses seem to be for the same job but .....
Now I have to locate the interior fuse box. I looked where Google says it's located, but that's the lower glovebox on an Aust model, not under the steering wheel. took the glove box out and sheeeet there are a lot of wires and plugs under there, popped out a panel that looked promising, but that was the cabin air filter so .......
Next try will be under the steering wheel that is on the right hand, if I'm not back by the end of the mth you'll know it dragged me inside and eaten me :lol:

Well, I found the fusebox under the drives side footwell (Australia so on the right hand side. I can see the fuses using the phone camera, but I reckon I'd have to take the drives seat out so I could lay in there on my back to actually it. No idea if I'll be able to get my arms in there as well to swap out the fuses.
Replace fuse 38 under the bonnet and that got the interior light and stereo lights up, but no sound ... but the VCS light doesn't stay on now so that's a plus and the tailgate door opens now ..... now idea how these circuit all run off a 15 amp fuse but there ya go :lol: Still can't get the remote door locking or the button on the door handles to work, nor just having the key fob with me to get it going, still have to put the fob in the slot.

EDIT: No idea what I did, but now the stereo makes noise and the clock comes on when the system is turned on ...... but the volume only works on the steering wheel controls, it won't work on the stereo itself .... and the stereo lights stay on no matter if the stereo is one or not ..... more fuse searching maybe

 

If the wiring problem is in the back of the dash ... it can stay there, I have no plans to go searching deep into that spiderweb any time soon :lol:
I think its probably a fuse in the interior fusebox, but its really hard to get access in the Australian model so it might have to wait a while.
The stereo amp not working and then working turned out to be a fuse not fully seated, fuse 44, but the other mysteries remain. The failed fuses appear to be age fatigue related, no sign of them having failed due to an over load, they had actually broken away at one end, probably hitting potholes at high speed, the wife is really good at that for some reason, add to that in South Australia they put the water mains and sewer mains under the road rather than under the foot path or through peoples front or back yards like they do in other states. All good until they resurface the road and each road resurface just makes the hole deeper.

Here is another even stranger thing that has happened.

While attempting to get the stereo to turn off, I used a combination of pressing the volume button in and the power button .... lights flashed and it turned off .... gawd, I've killed it ..... but no, it turned back on via the power button, the lights no longer stay on and the controls on the stereo work as well as the steering wheel ..... Don't ya just hate the fixes that you have no idea how ya fixed it
