    These files appear to have been created from portions of the online help included with the Toyota Techstream software. For best results, this generic information should be used together with the vehicle-specific Repair Manual (more info) for the relevant model and year, which explains the diagnostic trouble codes, data list items, active test and utility functions, and so on.
