the good news is that it's supposed to get above freezing next week, if the forecast I'm looking at is even close to accurate. 2-3mi/kWh is about right for normal driving around here in these conditions.
The slower you drive (without blocking traffic behind) will heip raise the mi/kWh and the estimated EV range the most and put the least amount of stress on the freezing/cold traction pack.

How do you select "chill mode"?

Recently I've been getting 28 to 30 miles on a charge, up from 25 for some reason. Gas mileage has been great. I have about a 90 to 95 mile one way daily commute and it shows getting about 88 mph or so. Here in So. Cal. gas prices are about $3.80 a gal now days so it sure is nice driving my new 2021 prime. There are a couple other new Prime owners in Cali that also have long commutes and are getting great mileage. I think yours is the first to also include EV range along with those impressive HV stats.

I've also read some complaints about Prime getting boxed in while trying to merge. I've never experienced an issue merging, but I'm not in southern cali either .... ;)

Oh yeah !!! People hate Priuses here for sure. Especial big 4x4 's . You can be driving 80 mph in the car pool lane and get ran over by single drivers that aren't supposed to be in the lane. I had a guy the other day throw something at me as he cut me off, I was going 77 in cruise control mode, it almost got ugly :(. I now use my iPhone mounted as a dash cam but need to invest in a good one. I know some one this forum can help me out on real good High Res 1080 camera that records, just in case. People here in general are asses when it comes to getting behind the wheel. LAWLESS sometimes. You can never go fast enough. Believe me , I'm not a slow prime driver and do get over when someone's on my nice person, but it doesn't matter you still get ran over.
I love my Prime, love the gas mileage with the plug in and love the carpool lane, what else can I say.

I wouldn't really consider 1080 to be hi-res these days. Mine is 4K. It's front only, but does a great job.

WOW !! I filled up today after driving 784.4 miles on the tank and It said that I still had 45 mile to go.
I love my Prime especially when gas prices are going up every day here in CA. $3.75 a gal. IMG_1064.jpeg

Sounds great. 95% of time i have been driving like the egg is there (probably makin peeps behind a tad bit upset, i 'fake' a slow right turn and let most pass by..). My GOM is up to around 25.9 after full charge lately and temps are now above freezing, usually. I was thinking now of a large sticker on bumper "Student Driver, Pass With Care"

Sounds like you're fine. You don't want to annoy the other drivers though. Could cause an accident. I go almost with the flow, but let off the "gas" early when I see I'll have to stop. Some drivers will tailgate if you go 100 mph. I pull over for them so they can kill someone else. I've been rear ended more than enough already.

March (in ECO mode) did well, i think.. April will be POWER mode and we'll see #'s at the end. The POWER mode has jus a bit more torque...which may indicate #'s may be a tad less than 'cold' March month.

Def p'd off a bunch of people behind me...though 75% of time used right directional and moved over to side of road. NOT for the A-HOLES though!
