so, when I moved the nice piece of tape that had secured the torq tool and that little black key to the crossbars never made it (probably on the moving truck and subsequently thrown out). I can make do without the torq tool, but I can't get the darn things open without that tiny black plastic key that unscrews the end-caps. anyone know where I can buy another one? I'm due for my 20K shortly so i'll ask at the dealer, but if someone knows before that happens it would be appreciated.
