Got mine last week - we stuffed it into the savings account next to the other 2 - although this is probably the most moronic thing you can do with it, since creating and spending that much money out of thin air is "probably" going to result in inflation.....otherwise why not wait a year and double it again!

Yes yes true but it's "Stimulus money" you know free money you can spend and not just hoard. Mines still in the mail I guess. I don't care. Local smoke shop was packed the other day so I guess those types here in WV got theirs DD.

not sure what we're trying to stimulate, printing presses? business is booming, and not allowed to open any more than they already are.

it’s a good way to tax in a hidden way.

Im all for outreach, handouts to poor and unemployed but creating bubbles by spreading it around is bad policy

    Did you go in?

There's always been a "vermin factor" ever since life appeared on this earth.

Vermin steals from those living things that gathered ans stored food on the microscopic level.

When agricultural communities evolved, spoil and vermin took part of the crop.

In evolved human civilizations, two legged vermin started to and still do the same.

One does not grow crops or provide aid to those in need, just because vermin will steal a portion of it.

I agree with what you are saying - it is a hidden redistribution of wealth tax.

People who don't participate in the economy by working get a free handout- those who do work and pay taxes will have to foot the bill for this handout.

Government doesn't have money to give away- it only gets money by taking it away from taxpayers. When it taxes corporations it is really only taxing the customers of those corporation who will pay the corporations tax bill through the higher price for the commodities they receive from the corporations who have passed the tax on to their customers.

Source: 30 million people may get $1,400 stimulus checks now that IRS has info

The Social Security Administration has sent information to the IRS that will help clear the way for almost 30 million people to receive their $1,400 stimulus checks, lawmakers said on Thursday.

The development comes after Democratic leaders on the House Ways and Means Committee gave the agency 24 hours to turn over the payment information so that the IRS could process the payments.

The Roman Empire lasted so long, because it generally took care of their poorest citizens and even the slave was actually an "indentured servant " who could have the opportunity to become a Roman citizen. Inclusion was an additional key to Rome's success.

The Roman Empire eventually fell not from within but from lack of outside territories to conquer to support their lifestyle.

The Nazi "Drirtte Reisch," supposedly to last for a thousand years, lasted not much longer than ten due to their policy of denigration and exclusion of others.

Statistically, nearly 80% of the population live from paycheck to paycheck.

Like their forefathers before them, they start with a Summer job as a teenager and get accustomed to spending nearly all of their funds and continue doing the same into retirement.

The popular culture and the commercially financed economic system caters to those who partake in "indentured servitude" with easy credit, They effectively bought into the system.

Ironically, those young children crossing the border seeking asylum is the future of Social Security.

Check all the accounts you might have used for direct deposit. My first two went to the credit union, but the third went to a Credit Karma account that I opened when I used their tax software a couple years ago.
