Main info display 2010 prius

    I disconnected the terminals on the 12 v battery on my 2010 prius when replaced the battery. The terminals touched each other. I started the car the screen, the big one in the middle, will not work. It is displaying one message asking for navigation cd. Please if anybody knows what can I do to fix it.

    Is the navigation disc in it? Will the display fold down when you press the button?

    Disc is in. Display fold down. I can eject navigation cd, but not regular cd and no radio work.
