I had to replace the right side headlight and had to remove the front bumper as well....everything went well and starting to put things back together I noticed the following 2 issues:

    1. When testing the headlight once in place I noticed some smudges/fingerprints on one of the lights inside of the lens assembly........I can't get to this. Anyway to get to it and clean?

    2. There is a loose cable with a metal clip/fitting in the center area behind the front bumper and I have no clue where it goes. It either got oose when I removed the bumper or was not put properly ealier before I got it...........Any idea where it goes?

Looks to me like the ambient air temperature sensor.

I think it usually lives low down on one of the sheet metal braces behind the bumper/ahead of the radiator. That clip looks like you could stick it over the edge of pretty much any available sheet metal. You might find a spot where the sheet metal has a hole in it matching the dimple on that clip, maybe even some paint scratches where the clip fell off.

Awesome, that is exactly what it is and I found a video showing where it attaches, thank you.
