I just purchased a 2019 Prius LE. Every time i’m at the fuel, i have to pump gas very slow and the pump always snaps off. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know the fix?

Maybe add “gas station” before fuel pump in the title, for clarity? You’re able to do this for maybe an hour; there’s a button, top/right corner?

According to your profile, you are coming from a Gen 2, which is notorious for problems at the gas pump, and you are finding the Gen 4 is even worse? If you've only had a couple of fill ups, maybe the problem is with the pump where you are getting your gas. We haven't had any problems with putting gas in our Gen 4, but of course we are mindful of that new feature on the Gen 4 cars that requires a reset when the fuel filler door has been opened and no fuel has been put in within half an hour. You are aware of that, correct? Maybe that system is giving you a problem. Possibly the dealer could check it out for you.

US gas station pump nozzles often have a bulky vapour recovery bellows, and it’s been reported here that it can bump and depress the tab that tells the car the gas cap enclosure has been closed, which in turn closes a flap in the fuel filler pipe.

I’ve found that with most modern cars you have to pump slowly. Our old Cadillac SRX was the worst... there literally were certain gas stations in the Seattle area we avoided.

The Petrol Station I generally use - there is one pump which does that incessantly - I avoid it, the others are fine.

So far I’ve had the same results at all stations.

Given that it happens everywhere you get gas, it is possible that the previous owner habitually topped off the tank when filling. This can damage the vapor recovery system which will give the symptoms you're experiencing. We had that happen with a Camry some years back. It seems odd that it would happen in just a couple years, but I don't have the data to say it can't happen.
