Hi Guys, I'm Jim from Las Vegas, got my 2012 Prius one year ago and I'm really enjoying it. Put a recondition battery in it last April and has been great since. I also just bought a 2012 Prius V two weeks ago with a blown engine, drove down to SoCal and picked up a JDM engine and installed it this past week. It was fairly easy and straight forward, just a few bolts that were a pain to remove and to install. The V is running great, now I have to decide which one to keep. I will post some of the removal video soon on my Youtube channel (V-Strom Garage), didn't video as much as I wanted to, being my first time with the Prius engine. Looking forward to chatting with you guys.

Thanks, and yes I am enjoying the swap, I always like learning something new. The next one, I should have it down to three days of work. Part two of the video is out now on Youtube.
