Has anyone ever installed these black houses Helix tail lights on their WGM Prius? I looked but couldn’t find anything. I had the spec-d smoked on my car for about a week but the right one started going out (which also seems to be the problem for many others as well). And I’m torn between getting the helix black housed headlights, red valenti tail lights, or clear lens spec-d tail lights and tinting one of the three. If I decide to go with the helix I probably wouldn’t tint them since they’re already dark. What do you think or suggest?
Here’s the spec-d smoked installed, I love how sick they look on the wgm, I’m going for a dark car all around. Window tints, tapturn relay, and sway bar will be next
I like the second set, as there not hockey sticks. Im more concern of having a redskins logo than choice of taillight to be honest
I like the spec-d as well. But I hate the fact that most right tail lights go out on them. My father grew up in NC, Redskins were the home team back then before the panthers came around. So his loyalty to the team has rubbed off on me a bit lol. Hopefully we’ll do better this year.
Can you send info on the helix blacked out headlights? I bought some blacked out lights on eBay and they had condensation issues. They were all in or acanii and around 200 for the set. I see jags has one listed as spyder for 289 i might try. As far as taillight. I have the first set and really like them! Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
What I’ve posted is tail lights only. If I come across some nice headlights, I’ll post em up for you to see. Do you have a pic you can put up of your tail lights?
Just received my new Helix black housing tail lights this morning , very happy with first impression , big improvement in comparison with stock ones . Ordered it on Ebay , seller in description said no bulbs included but they were installed , also SAE approved which is important here in Canada if you get pulled over ..... here is some pics ...
