Well, you should find yourself a wiring diagram for your car and figure out what the power feeds and ground circuits are for your display. There are likely 3 power feeds: one battery feed (always 12V), one accessory, and one ignition/ run. There is at least one ground circuit. Dismount the display so that you can access the wiring connectors on back while they are still plugged in.

Next use a digital multimeter to measure each power feed to the ground circuit while the car is ready. If all the powers and grounds have steady voltage while the display cycles off and on, then there is a fault inside the unit and you have to replace it or get it repaired.

PS. You might get more responses for your 2016 in the Gen3 forums.

more details of mr guy mann stated, you can run your car without the headunit. There are several connectors that go to the headunit, which you may be able to get a DMM and measure the voltage. Turn on the car and see if the voltage drops down and up. There could be some device that is malfunctioning that is causing all 12 volt device to start acting up. Also verify if you have any DTC trouble codes.

In addition, try removing all USB cables and cigarette lighter devices from their ports. With 12 volt issues, is your car in drivable condition?
