P0a80 "Check Hybrid system" after changing hybrid battery

I have a 2010 Prius with about 128k miles. About 9 months ago I started getting the following code P0a80 with the following on the dashboard, "Check Hybrid system" I tried to ignore it for 2 months but I could. The car started to show signs of low power. It would almost stall at traffic lights when accelerating and it seemed unsafe. The car also would never active the hybrid battery and would never turn off. (So the gas mileage was horrible) I did a little research and figured it was time to get a new/er hybrid battery. I bought a battery with a 3 year warranty from green bean and installed it. I also got the Dr. Prius app and checked the health of the battery it was somewhere around 75% health. (Maybe 73...I dont remember exactly) At that time the car had 119k miles.

Fast forward 6 months and the car started throwing the same error code and it stopped using the hybrid battery again. I plugged in my OBD II, cleared the code and the car immediately started using the hybrid battery power again. It now has about 128k miles and I used Dr. Prius which now says its at about 60% health.
I took some screen shots of the readings and there are 3 pictures. One picture is the car idle, one is hitting the brakes and the other is driving with the gas pedal down.

If I could get directed in the right way that would be great. Hopefully the Hybrid battery isnt taking a crap.

Also I live in hawaii on a small mountain. My wife drives to work every morning and the first thing she does is drive about 700ft down a mountain in about 2-3 miles. WHen she is at the bottom of the hill the car if revving pretty strong. ( not sure if this has anything to do with anything but I think I read somewhere it might)

 

Although it is a green bean battery it isn't under warranty. The way I obtained it is I have a friend that has the same model car on the mainland. He had the battery installed on his car and then he had a front end wreck within the first month of having the battery installed. He gave me the battery after only putting a couple thousand miles on it.

Also, I forgot to mention the pictures I attached with screen shots of Dr. Prius I took right after doing the battery life expectancy test. I believe this made the numbers slightly more slighted.
