I noticed one of my washer fluid jets was shooting too low, right below the windshield where the wipers didn't touch. So I looked closer at the nozzles and found that you can move the nozzles back and forth to aim them better at the windshield. They really thought of everything. I don't recall reading this on here lately, so I just thought I'd share with everyone
A big needle carefully inserted into the hole of the "spout" gives you the leverage to aim the spray. But it's pretty much trial-and-error to get great coverage. A partner to operate the spray switch is helpful.

Our 2005 Prius had a problem with the washer spouts. I never touch them, but they seemed to adjust themselves into shooting wherever they pleased. I asked the dealer about it, and they replaced them for free. Two months later, and they're doing the same thing again. Is this a chronic problem with these washer spouts? They do seem pretty cheesy, to say the least.
