2010 45k prius: I have the same clicking during braking and turning at slow speeds. I dont know the cause yet but did find out that it doesnt happen when in neutral. Maybe its something in the regenerative braking?

Have the same issue with my 2015. Any solutions for this? I'm weirded out cause if it's the axle then i should hear it in every turn. It only clicks on slow speed when applying on brakes while turning to the right.

So, I see that a few people have posted on this reporting the same issue but no one has posted what they discovered.

Was it the CV on one side or the ABS system?

I have a 2012 with 106k that I recently purchased and it's making that noise.. I'm okay with the noise but I'd like to know what it is so i can fix it when I have the time and money or if it's a known sound that has no consequence

I too have this issue with my 2018 that I recently bought with 25k miles. I really would like to know what the solution to this problem is, if it is indeed a problem.

Got the same issue happening to my 2012 recently. I'm thinking the cv axles are in need of fresh grease. I'll update after I get to it.

Maybe all these Gen 3 and the Gen 4 Prius should ask the question in their relative forums.

While it is possible the problem could be shared across generations, better and more reliable information about your generation Prius will most likely come from your peers.
