It is the OEM "donut" spare for the Gen 4 Prius. If you're interested in having it shipped, let me know and I'll check rates.
FWIW, gen 3 and 4 spares are interchangeable. IIRC the 3rd gen is 16”, and 4th gen 17”. The profile and width of both are adjusted to stay close to 25” OD, per 195/65R15, the stock tire size. Still, the 3rd gen 16” spare is is very close to 25” OD, while the 4th gen 17” spare is significantly less. TLDR version: either 4th or 3rd gen spare will do, but 3rd OD is closer to stock.
I was able to get the foam inserts and a spare tire from a 2017 3 touring running 17" tires. So the spare I have now that fits in my 2018 four compartment is a T125/70/D17. From what you just said, I can run it as a spare to get to tire store with my P195/65R15 tires? I tried to call Toyota parts dealer, but they couldn't tell me the size of the spare tire that comes with 15" tire Prius 1, 2, or 3 2016-2018 years.
The temp spare sizes are listed in owners manuals. Those can be downloaded at Toyota Tech Info site (in the Manuals Tab), and also some Toyota Owners site IIRC. Theres one size for gen 3, another for gen 4, and they’re both rough equivalent OD to the 195/65R15 stock size for both gens.
