Driving the streets of California and freeways sure don’t reflect lesser people. California is not shrinking, if you have lived here long enough you have seen the increase.

 

So, the question is...

For those who have spent their life in Cali, is the quality of life improving? My only Cali experience was back in the 90s, living in San Diego for about 16 months, so I'm way out of touch with recent conditions.

If more people are leaving than entering, it's because people want out. People being born don't really count, as they have no choice in the matter.

As a resident of California I would say it's deteriorating quickly.
