Didn't see any other post about painted calipers on a Prime so here ya go. Cleaned with calipers with a wire brush then brake cleaner spray. Did not feel comfortable messing with removing the calipers so used plastic bags & painters tape. Make sure not to get any on moving parts, especially the pads or rotor. Remove tape & bags then let dry at least an hour but the longer then better before putting the wheels back on. Was also in the process of swapping to my summer rims so tried both wheels to see how it looked. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Thanks. Had the window tint guy cut those for $20. Wish I did it myself as he left a cut mark on my headlight when he was tracing the pattern. Got a refund on my window tint & have since buffed it out. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
