Hey everyone just got my pip the other day but wanted to swap my hid for led headlamps. Is there an easy plug n play kit out there? Would prefer 6-6500k Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
For Gen 3 Priuses - Auxito H8/H9/H11 LED headlights are the ones to get... color temp - 6500K... these are plug-and-play swappable with original halogen bulbs.... there are as bright as Tesla Model 3s... and the beam pattern is perfect...
Hopefully you have some fog lights because that spectrum in LED will be dim at night and hard to see versus the HID. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
These are definitely not dim at night - I was actually shocked at how bright they were compared to the original halogens... these shine as bright as Tesla Model 3s that I roll next to at night on the roads. A co-worker had tried out a few different LED headlights on his Prius and these were the ones he ended up with and recommended them to me...
