Driving my 2021 Pius Prime and adjusting the radio volume requires more that a glance at the screen. Usually, my hand grazes the screen before hitting the volume buttons and something bad happens. Is it possible to desensitize the screen sensitivity?
If not, I'll just use the steering wheel buttons.

Has anyone discovered how to change the frequency setting for one of the presets?
    Thx, John

I don't quite understand your second question. Are you asking how to set radio frequencies as presets?

If so, page 87 shows you how.

Basically, tune to the station via the tiny < and > buttons (preferably when you're not driving) and then press and hold the slot/preset number in which you wish to store the station. (add new) means it's blank. You can overwrite previously stored stations by pressing and holding that preset number to overwrite it with the currently playing radio station.

Note that in this headunit, there are two ways to view presets (as mentioned in the screenshot above). The traditional way is called "Individual presets" and that shows just the preset for the currently select audio program (so just AM stations or FM stations or Satellite Radio). The "Mixed Presets" is a new feature and it allows you to store all your favourite stations across the spectrum without having to switch modes. Thus, you can see your favourite AM, FM and satellite radio stations in one list.

I have the same problem with the touch screen in my C. To a much lesser extent with the Ford.
No easy way to change the sensitivity; use the wheel buttons.

Setting the presets works just like it has on every car made in the last 40 years or so:
Manually tune to the station you want. HOLD down the preset button that you want to put it on until it beeps.
Because of the sensitivity problem, it is best to NOT do that while moving.

    Oops. Missed that. Sorry.
That setting is not present on all models.

For 3 years I drove the 2017 PP with an 11.7" screen, I almost never used the audio control on the touch screen. Most of the controls are available from the steering wheel switches and you can see the information on the MID. I now have a 2020 PP with 7" display and continue to use only the steering wheel switches to control all essential Audio functions. Luckily my PP LE now comes with physical knobs for the volume control if I want to use it.
