i have a fault wit the steering angle sensor, fault code c1231, i have replaced it twice now, the fault would go after installing recon steering angle sensor but would come back again after, not sure what the problem is, looks like they become faulty and dead, any help would do
Once clockspring is installed it works but then stops working, skid lights comes on after 30 minutes , tried the same clockspring in another Prius, installed and straight away skid up comes on, looks like my Prius makes them faulty/dead
Did you ever solve the C1231 error and if so how? I have the same error after installing a new clock spring.
