You are dense. I briefly addressed why Tesla may not show up in that chart in the post you quoted. While they are importing cars to Europe, Tesla doesn't ship orders out one or two cars at a time. They wait until they have a bunch of orders to save on shipping costs. Shipments to Europe usually happen at the end of the quarter. October, the month of sales in question, is the first of a quarter. Tesla doesn't ship cars to Europe until the end of the quarter, and the sales data is for the beginning of the quarter Then Tesla has never reported monthly sales. Reports with those are just estimates, based on something like registrations. With GM going to quarterly reports, some sales figure sources have stopped the estimates for Tesla, and just report figures every three months.
