    Not sure what you mean. Are you looking for the "remote" line for the amp for turnon?

    uhm, I don't know how it's called in english, but basically the ignition plus is 0 volts when the engine is not running and 12 volts when the engine is started or the key is turned into the IGN position. but since there is no regular ignition in the prius, I don't know where to find it... :) thx for any help...!

    If you're looking for the wire that is powered on with Ignition on there is a light blue wire in the bundle behind the radio stack that's the one you're looking for. Of course, please test to be sure, but that's where it was when I installed my XM Commander.

    I don't know the color codes on the amplifier inputs, but I do know the colors on the connections to the head unit:

    POWER
    * memory........blue
    * ignition..........grey
    * ground..........brown
    * illumination...green
    * dimmer.........white / black

    SPEAKERS
    * Right +...........red
    * Right -............green
    * Left +..............white
    * Left -...............black

    These were determined by an owner using an oscilloscope to engineer how to attach an MP3 player through the amplifier. I plan on following in his steps this weekend.

    The one we tapped was definately light blue...I would not call it gray. Now, whether there is another directly at the amp that is gray and does the same thing I can't say for sure one way or the other.

    I know there's a photo, maybe on this site, somewhere that shows that exact wire....take a look through the photos sections and see if you can find it.

    On the amp itself (under the passenger seat) there is also a gray wire which is switched power. It is in the smaller connector (with the higher gauge wire) and off to one side (kind of by itself). Good luck in finding it!
