Hello. I need your guys help I have a 2010 prius with 180k miles The inverter gave out on me 2 weeks ago. So i replaced that and all is well. After 4 days, my car broke on me again and it says the same “check hybrid system” i thought it was the inverter but when i ran the code. P3191, P3190 and P0A0F popped up. So its not the inverter and its something else. Now when i turn it on, the engine turns on but it would shut off after a few seconds. Do you guys know what could it be? edit: sorry. Its P3191 and P3190
P1391 and P3090 don't appear to be valid codes in my Digital Trouble Codes (DTC) list. Here's what I see for P0A0F (not much help, I'll admit):
I would guess typos for P3190 and P3191. Important to type those pesky codes correctly in forum posts.
The combination of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0A0F with P3190 and P3191 (assuming @ChapmanF's theory is correct) is mentioned in Toyota bulletin T-SB-0041-15, “MIL ‘ON’ DTC P0A0F, P3190, P3191, P0171 Due to Purge VSV Vacuum Line Separation” (PDF), issued June 30, 2015. The inspection of the hose and vacuum line in step 1, page 5, determines whether the repair procedure in the bulletin applies. If not, the Repair Manual (more info) has detailed troubleshooting procedures.
