Hi. My display turned off yesterday (navigation, audio, phone...) Please tell me how to turn it back on. I have tried Google, YouTube and the 2018 Prius Manual. Thanks!

I had a similar problem after a failure of my 12V battery. Turned car off/on and problem was resolved.

Sounds like you have a display FAILURE.
Hope you are still under warranty.

Unless you turned the brightness setting all the way DOWN, it should never go completely OFF.

I turned the car on today, and the display is still off.

Hi. I am still under warranty. I did not touch any of the buttons prior to the display turning off. According to the manual, there is actually a button to turn the display off, but then I can not find anything to turn it on. I was literally driving down the street and it just turned off.

Try pushing the power (volume) button in for 10 seconds. That will reset the audio system.

Sounded like a great idea, but it did not work. Any other suggestions?

Well then pushing that same button a second time should turn it back ON.
If that doesn't work, yours has FAILED.
Take it in before your warranty expires.

Today the car will not start at all. The screen stated "Low 12-V battery. I have ToyotaCare coming to my house now. Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced. Thank you for your advice (and everyone else that posted here.)

Hi. You were correct! The car would not turn on this morning because of the battery. I went to the dealership and the battery was fixed. The fuse was a totally other issue, which caused the display to turn off! Thank you so much for your help.
