I am looking for a reliable place to take my car for service in the Central Florida area. Took it to the dealer for 100,000 mile service and a new bulb for headlight. When I got the car back, not only was there no bulb in the headlight but the cabin air filter, which I was charger for, was not changed and who knows if they actually changed the oil. Got a lame apology and told to leave the car for the next day. Needless to say, I will not be returning there. Oh well, I love my Prius, it's the best car I have ever had. I've taken it all over the country and never had any issues. Thanks for letting me join. SusanT
That is some crappy service from a dealership. Maybe try a place like precision tune or jiffy. Some of the auto parts stores will actually change out the air filter for you if it is not too involved. It is not hard to do on our 2010. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
