I had the TRD Sportivo suspension and a BT chassis brace installed on my '06.

I also removed the wheel trim rings, and turned off the backup beeper and both seatbelt chimes.

Bumper protector, all weather floor mats (if you don't have them) and maybe a block heater (living in CT).

You can also fix the rear wiper so you can lift it all the way up.

I've added a dash cover, seat covers and steering wheel cover (there's a trend here). I also got a hood for the MFD. If you have an iPod you may want to get either a VAIS or a DICE integration system. As mine is a 2005 I have a NAV kit from Coastal (doesn't work on the 2006 I'm afraid), plus their Auto Door Lock kit and EV mod (which is kinda cool to have). If you're having problems with handling, you can get the BT brace mentioned above.

Later on I may go with tinting. Another gizmo I may install is a backup sensor (I don't have a rear camera), which has a couple of sensors for the front as well.

I've added a Wheelskins steering wheel cover and a bumper protector. From Prius Hoods on ebay, we bought a leather console cover and a glove compartment leather cover (may get the driver's side, too, but so far am having trouble getting the one to stay on the glove box). Love the console cover! We also got the little key fob leather protectors from them - not really a car mod, but a nice thing to have.

The Wet Okole seat covers just came yesterday - hopiing to get them on today. We also changed the Integrity tires to Michelin Pilot Exalto tires.
Have purchased body side mouldings, but haven't gotten them put on yet. Going to have at least the top 6" of the windshield tinted, but don't know if we'll do any other tinting yet.

I have added mud flaps, a wheelskin steering wheel cover, and an aux input for the stereo (your 06 has that already I believe). I don't like the look of the bras, but the hood does collect its share of stone chips, so it's probably not a bad idea. I'm not a fan of rain deflectors, seems like they only look right on old pickup trucks to me, but it might be nice to have them in the summer so I could leave windows down a bit and not sweat the afternoon rain showers we get.

Well, most have covered things that I have done. I just thought I'd throw in that I bought one of those office floor (clear) protectors that you put a chair on so it rolls on carpet. I took out the carpet from the hatch and used that as a pattern to cut the right shape for the rear deck floor. It was very easy to create a custom cover for the back deck carpet and it was a heck of a lot cheaper than buying something custom made. I think I paid $8 for it at Sam's Club. Anyway, just a thought. It protects the back, but you can see through it and it is flexible enough that getting to the under floor storage areas is not a problem at all... :)

    See my signature below.

The most basic mod that you should get are OEM all-weather floor mats and tint.

    Mods listed in signature.

Still to add: front bra (when one comes out that fits the 06), Wet Okole (or similar) seat covers, rubber cargo mat, and possibly
mud flaps (haven't made up my mind yet).

I highly recommend getting the 20" JDM rear wiper arm. This will dramatically increase your visability in rainy conditions,
plus it can be lifted up whereas the stock wiper arm cannot (without modification). The OEM all-weather mats are also a must-have.
