The hazard triangle, check engine, and Check Hybrid System message came on Feb. 7. I took in to repair shop and they recommended replacing the auxiliary battery. $500 later (parts and labor) that was replaced. Fast forward two week later the same message appears. Got an OBDII reader and the message is P0A7F which means hybrid battery deterioration. I’m in California so wondering if the hybrid warranty covers this. It’s within 150k miles and within the 10 years. Taking in to shop tomorrow... thoughts?
My car gave same error code as of today, I am thinking maybe the battery terminals are corroded, thinking of removing them and cleaning the Bus Bars, what was your fix?
