My cruise control on my 2008 Prius doesn't work. All the other accessories on the wheel do work including climate control, radio, map ECT. This car has never been in an accident also What are some trouble shooting steps I could take to find the issue?
Are there any lights that are supposed to come on when CC is active? I was thinking it was the switch itself and to just replace that. Rather not do the shotgun approach lol. Also which fuse is for the cruise control? Haven't checked those yet
Do you have access to Techstream? I'm pretty sure you can go to the active Data List and watch the state of the cruise control switch in (near) real time as you move the switch around; that will show you if the signals from the switch are reaching the ECU. Might also show you other possible issues if the ECU has logged them.
