    My 2016 Prius was recently totaled by a Kamikaze deer. I have a full set of the owner's manual if any PriusChatters need it. Just send me a PM if you are interested.

    More to the point - how are you after the deer encounter? Did the PRIUS stand up to it well?

    The Prius did well in protecting us in this 60 MPH encounter. It took a lot of front end damage, but managed to get us back home (about 60 miles) as one by one the car systems failed. First the AC stopped cooling, then the safety systems alarmed and shut down and after that I had to shut off the dynamic cruise control as it misbehaved. My Prius only started to overheat when I turned into my driveway. It was towed to the dealer the next day.

    Dang. My used 2018 didn't come with manuals but I think there's enough difference in some sub-systems that the 2016 wouldn't cover those. I'm sure there's someone here with a 16 in the same boat as me. Should go quickly.

    Sorry to hear that! Hope you find and a newer and better model of Prius! I would highly appreciate if you could please send me a copy of the 2016 Manuel. My care is built in July 2016. Is it then counted 2016 or 2017? I do not think it makes a difference anyway!
