Many Amateur Radio guys use A123 battery's and absolutely love them. They are not cheep but last forever and have some serious current capabilities. Mike
I couldn't find it for sale. All I know is that conversions are switching from lead-acid to lithium to save space & weight. Lithium is half the size for the same specs.
