2008 screen calibration

The MFD screen on our 2008 is badly miscalibrated by about a screen length. Searching these forums I found the "2007 easter egg" post to hold info and switch the parking lights 3 times to get into the Diagnosis Menu. But doing it a 2nd time on my 2008 does not seem to get me into the 2nd level where the screen calibration is supposed to be.

1. Does anybody know how to get into the 2nd level "Product Diagnosis Menu" screen on a 2008?

2. Is there any other way to calibrate the screen?
