AC button on new fob

    Hi! I am looking to buy a second fob for my base model 2011 Prius. My current one has a lock, unlock, and alarm button. If I buy a fob with an AC button, can I’d be programmed to work on my car?

    If both key fob's transmitter are using the same frequency, then I suppose you could use it..

    This would be similar to replacing the steering wheel with a trim 5 steering wheel with LKA button and wondering if the LKA button & feature will work on a trim 2.
