This was an Insurance Total in 2019. Was fixed (By whom? who knows?) and driven 50K since the repair by Uber driver who's retiring now. Dirt cheap price, and I've owned Salvage vehicles before so I know resale number in the future will be in the tank. I'm planning on keeping it and driving it until the wheels fall off. It's been trouble-free for 50K-what could go wrong in the future(other that the usual wear and tear on a car with 100Kmiles)? Your thoughts, pleeze? https://en.bidfax.info/toyota/prius-v/558257-toyota-prius-v-2014-green-18l-vin-jtdzn3eu6e3305644.html
the v has more in common with 3rd generation liftback than your 2nd. So you aren't used to seeing problems with EGR clogging and oil consumption on your current Prius- but they are both common problems on the 3G & v. The v also has expensive late-life problems with their brake boosters, and they use a different brake booster than all the other Prius models. Other than that I'd think your previous Prius probably taught you what you need to know.
