Hi Ben, Your situation really depends on what you are looking for. If you want the warranty, let the Toyota Person do it. If you can do it yourself, do it. Either way, you will have a new battery that will last you a long time. 12 volt batteries can last 5 to 7 years anyway, and the warranty I'm guessing will probably be for 3 years.
When you pay the exhorbitant install charge that's the warranty premium. I would DIY install, just get them to demonstrate it's good with electronic load tester. Then take good care of it.
These Batteries almost never fail within the free replacement period anyway, so don’t worry about it. I paid $170ish for mine from a local auto parts store. It replaced my almost 5 year old Truestart.

Amazon.com has an AC Delco battery for $152. I wound up buying a battery at Toyota for $220, but thinking now I should have bought this one. On the other hand, some people had warranty problems buying from Amazon so maybe not.
