Door alarm goes off at 3 mph

    2010 Prius door alarm & light come on when it reaches 3 mph (doors are fully shut). Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    That's the speed when my doors usually auto-lock. Are your electric lock switches all working properly? Also look at seatbelt sensors. Could it be you're hearing the seatbelt reminder? The 3 mph lock feature is something that can be turned off through programming.
