Sensor and linkage would be nice. How old/new is your DVD? And how about the speedometer/combo meter, too? A better adapter than cassette for a phone would be nice?

A quick search on eBay of sold/completed listings shows just the linkage fetches about $50 used. Do you actually need this part for your car, or just to try and make a quick buck off someone you think is a naive newbie? I listed stuff here to try to give this forum's members first shot at parts they might NEED. I can make a quick profit all by myself.

    Um, really? See above!

Mine rusted out and stopped working, so I disconnected it. I'd like to get it working again, but don't want to spend serious money for this questionable feature, on a 15 year old car..

Sorry, I'm having a bad day so far. Not your fault.
I can do the linkage for $20 or the whole thing for $50 if that helps, plus shipping (shouldn't be much) of course

Hi guys, sorry again for being so snippy - one of our patients passed away and we are saddened by his loss.

The charity that actually owns this car - Guitars4cancer - is willing to entertain offers on parts, sad stories and personal need get particular attention.

    Thanks,
    'Bear

PS this car has been a California car all it's life and was never operated anywhere where they salt the roads, much less snows.
