I have a couple items on order from the Prius chat shop. One item was delivered but the other has been 'awaiting fulfillment' for two weeks and I get no response from the site via the 'contact us' menu. Is there a phone number or another way to contact them? Michael
Very sorry you were caught up in that. Personally, based on everything I've read here over time, I'd try to cancel the order that's outstanding. If you're charged and it's not shipped, go direct to your credit card company for relief. Business is business and it should be done correctly and above board.
It is like a ghost town with no sheriff. Unless you need a hybrid battery then two or three ghosts will try and scare you into buying a pack from another ghost on here. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
