Hi I may have pressed the update button when in the firmware update tool bit. Now techstream isnt connecting to vim. How can i rule out for sure the cable is dead. It does still light up when connected to the car and still gets recognised when connected to the laptop. It shows no exclamation marks in device manager and it showing xhorse vim in techstream. Any ideas
Have you tried rebooting the computer, disconnecting from all wireless networks and then starting the program? I know on mine, if the wireless is active, the program tries to update and will lock up.
Uninstall, reboot then reinstall and see What version of windows ? Mine will not work with win 10.....
Ok sorted. I used windows media creation tool. Switched to 32bit install of windows 10. All my diagnostic software installed super easy including techstream. On a side not any recommendations for version. Got version 12.024 running. Should i go for version 15
