Mine came with it so I had no choice. They appear to be very similar in quality, thickness and functionality if you are talking about the custom-fit Weathertech liner. I have nothing but good things to say about Weathertech, too. The Toyota ones appear to be on par so far. I've only had my Prime for a month.
Weathertech has much better floor coverage than the Toyota liners. Toyota liners look nicer and are easier to clean, but don't protect as well. Worth getting Weathertech for the floors. The cargo liner is about the same, so there's little benefit of weathertech over they toyota liner for the cargo area.
Weathertech or Husky are better in terms of depth and coverage and material durability, but they cost more. If you have rear passengers often, then Toyota OEM All-weather liners are useless, especially for the 2020 model with the rear middle seat. It has no middle section, whereas both Weathertech and Husky rear liners are one piece construction with middle section. If you are looking for a good coverage, you may also want to check out 3D MAXpider. I don't have an experience with this brand yet, but have read a good review. It more affordable than Weathertech option. When my Toyota OEM All-weather floor liner wears out I am going to try it. Toyota OEM cargo liner covers most of the flat cargo surface, but is it mostly a flat piece of rubber. It has very low lip and grooves that may not prevent liquid spill from the perimeter. I think Weathertech, Husky and 3D MAXpider all has a better lips that conforms the sidewall of the car which is very nice if you often put something very wet like snow boots on the cargo space. I am looking for an aftermarket flower cover that extend to the back of the rear seats folded and have lip on the edge to prevent any liquid spill, but so far no find. I hate the cheap felt-like covering material of the interior. It is very hard to keep it clean and very easily fuzz-up, if you know what I mean by that.

The all weather Toyota mats are good for areas with no snow. They'll keep most water and dirt of the carpet as long as your not getting into the car very dirty. I wouldn't trust OEM liners for areas with lots of snow and salt. After a while you'll end up with a dirty and salt stained carpet. Since I live in Canada, I'm planning to get either Husky or Weathertech liners before winter hits.
weather tech liners are more sturdy and ridged which works perfectly, think of hard plastic shells. the oem set with the leaf design is kinda floppy and soft. it still does the job but not as sturdy.
As others have said, it's mainly the coverage. With WT or Husky you'll see more of the sides covered without having a gap (e.g. between the map and the door sidewall for instance). Winter is where you will notice it the most if you drag your boots across your door sill or something. But the Toyotas are tall enough IMO. I'm still debating on whether to get them for my Prime, but I loved my Huskys on my old 4Runners.
I'm not sure I'm going to upgrade at this point, but why are you selling yours? (Besides being in Palmdale.)
weathertech is the best. I highly recommend there windshield shade it’s insulated and custom fits the window. There floor mats are super. If you leave a Prius unshaded and letting Heat build up in the cabin that over time will severely shorten the hybrid battery life. Killed mine. Weathertech shield and wheelskins leather steering wheel wrap are the best. First things I buy for any car. They sell the weathertech shield here in the priiiushop.
