What can I do? Can I repaint? Wrap? Do these remove easily? Any tips on restoring this sun damaged paint that is chipping?

Are you talking about the triangular shaped panels behind the rear side windows?
If so, then you have options: wrap, paint, or replace. I found a couple of replacement panels on eBay and was able to fix the problem for less than $100 dollars.
They do pull off easily. Start furthest back and pull toward the front of the car. Double sided tape and plastic fasteners. They are not prone to breakage.

I am talking about those and thank you! So it's a light adhesive and snap in kinda deal?

Yes. If you pull forward then they will come off with just a little muscle. I found that it was cheaper to replace the panels than to wrap them because the cost to professionally "prepare" them for wrapping was an added cost. If you wanted to do that yourself then the wrap or paint options are the least costly.
Toyota changed the part number for the panels and the new ones don't seem to have the same issues. Plenty of threads on this site if you want more information.

Interesting. Issues like the paint coming off too easily? What do I call this thing to help find a thread? I'll consider replacing too and I'll see what is involved in preparing for a wrap job.

Dang, definitely overpriced for the panel especially when this issue is their fault.

I suppose wrapping wouldn't be too hard. Or repainting but I don't know how long I can go without that on my car for it to dry safely.

Having the panel off the car does not expose any critical surface.

At least it's good, that it can be relatively easily removed, for repaint of whatever. I'd be inclined to refinish is some sort of satin-black spray paint.

Still, I think Toyota should look into this, offer to remove and professionally spray paint them. Siimilar to the Prius Prime hatch latch program.

I'd go gloss just so it's more seamless and in context of the glossy black windows.

Still not sure if I'll wrap or try painting.

I guess they consider it a low-cost consumable. I well remember the '60s when you'd buy a GM or FORD, 12 mths warranty, rust in the doors 6 months out of warranty - buyer's responsibility. Guards, tailgate 6 months later.

I'd rather give my money to a wrap or paint shop or do it myself than to Toyota after hearing this.

It's also just more affordable that way. I mean Wth I can replace a real door window for a little more than these small fake plastic windows cost.

I'll call some dealerships... But I don't think that'll go anywhere but might as well. I'll try Toyota too.

Interesting - what was the price of the last window? I've never done one, but a friend paid over $500 for just one, I think a Hyundai.

Well, painting it sucked. Hard to get a perfect gloss finish with spray paint and then some bug flew into it during the drying process. I'm not sure I'd have been satisfied with the results anyway. You know how spray paint from a can be sometimes.

That was an awful time...why are these replacement parts over $80?? So upsetting. Going to have it wrapped in gloss black OR talk Toyota into replacing it.

Toyota changed the part numbers so when shopping for replacements you will get a newly designed one - that's what I did. I got two new parts (new part numbers) in Toyota packaging for less than $100.00. But you would definitely be better off if your dealer made it right for you.

Yeah unfortunately I have to try getting through to customer care and hope they do a goodwill warranty since they don't technically have to cover anything for me in this case.

I can either get it wrapped for pretty cheap or replaced. I Think I can get both wrapped for less than one would cost. Maybe around what half of one would cost or less, no joke.
