2013 Prius Hose/Plumbing question

    I was cleaning out my egr and this valve that on the right side that comes out of the engine need a hose. I'm confused on where it leads. Please help asap

    It's a water inlet or outlet, it's not a valve. If you remove the hose, coolant will come out.

    I see a pushed-back hose clamp, and a coolant hose almost pulled off (or completely pulled off).

    Are you saying you need a replacement hose; the one almost pulled off in the pic is failing? I'm confused.

    BTW, I completely removed this stud (after removing the nut), the one for the lower EGR cooler bracket. The cooler is stable/solid without it, and it makes future removal easier:
