P0A80 code in my 2007 prius

    Hi guys, I habe the P0A80 code in my prius and I vheck the modules volt and fans and everything is working, as you see in tje picture, it say that the block 1 is low, but, all the voltages are 7.6 and up, do you thing that I have to change the sensor in the image?

    Have you checked the battery ECU connections/connectors for corrosion?

    It sounds like you may have damaged the voltage sensing harness when you removed/cleaned/reinstalled it after the recent module swap.

    Did you properly torque the module nuts to 48 inch pounds?

    I'm adjusting the module nuts manualy, I don't know how to put them to 48...

    Some auto parts stores have tools that you can rent or borrow. See if you can borrow a torque wrench. It needs to be set to either 48 inch pounds or four foot pounds, depending upon the type you're able to borrow
