After letting my D2 RS Coilovers"Rest" for a lil over a week,, got her a much needed alignment. SPECS are within factory minus the front Camber which is set @-2.2 in order for the wheels to clear / achieve the fitment I wanted. Oh and a quick spray down bath to knock the dust off.

Fixed my loose spoiler, easy to take all the plastic areas off. Two nuts fell right out as soon as I took it down. 20200614_104605_HDR.jpeg

The GT86 TRD forged wheels came with OEM 215/45-17 Michelin Primacy HP, a bit small. The meatier 225/45s are on order. And like yours, the suspension has settled and is due for an alignment.

Looking good Bro! Were you running H&R's or RS-R springs? I know you mentioned prior, sorry! the drop looks bout on par with my previous suspension (Tein Htechs's) clean / subtle drop! Just in case, Alignment if your in SoCal; I took my car to Harbortires in Garden Grove... Just in case you needed a good shop for lowered cars.

H&Rs. Like you and I had said . . . this car was supposed to be a DD.!!!
My other cars have coilovers (e46 M3 and e90 335i). So the H&Rs are conservative in comparison and the forged TRD GT86 wheels I procured with a deal I couldn't resist. Sounds like I'm trying to justify the Pirus' mods for a DD . . . LOL.

Put in a 9” Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX receiver, don’t mind the shatterproof screen protector in the upper right corner that I picked and gave up on!

It's been a while since I've played with the buttons on the sides of the OEM unit, but some of them control vehicle functions, right? Are you able to control them via software with this new unit? I've been wanting to upgrade this just so I don't have to use maps on my phone, lol.

Yeah with the Maestro idata link you can control all factory options on the new head unit that the factory one is capable of. All those buttons drove me crazy!

I got it as flush as possible, took some engineering but I’m happy with the result! Now if I could only find a 2 din dash kit that matches the factory bezel

Added a cooling mod to the air duct of the hybrid battery to help cool it down while the car is off. 20200619_123252.jpeg

I wonder whether that is restricting the air flow from the original fan when the car is running.

Doubt it, the stock fan doesn’t do enough as it is
