Where to buy cells in europe?

    Hi

    I don't have (yet) a prius.
    I'm looking in to buying a cheap one.
    My main concern is where i can buy cells in europe for the hybrid battery?

    I've not used them but cells can be bought from China and shipped to the UK, and I'm assuming other European countries.

    I know i can buy them from China but i was hoping to find a company in the EU.
    Because in Portugal the customs are expensive and painfully slow.
