So, in two weeks I am leaving on a road trip to MO from Carlsbad, CA. The 2013 PIP has 117,00 miles. Last week I changed the oil, transmission oil, changed coolant, and ordered a spare tire. Any suggestions as to what else I should do or think of before I leave?

An obd2 bluetooth module, Car Scanner app with the dashboard setting for cooling, Dr Prius with a couple of screenshots of your normal battery condition and maybe Torque app if you use Android. Dr Prius might be able run a battery condition estimate test (not sure on a plugin) and is easy to use to check codes. The bluetooth module can be left on the obd2 for easy access while driving by the passenger.

Pack a roadside emergency kit. Flashlight, basic tools, hi-viz vest, LED flasher/flares, rain jacket, potable water.
