I purchase this a pick a part and I would like to know if it turns on before I take my whole dashboard apart can someone help me with the 32 pin diagram so I can power it out off vehicle.

Maybe it's time to make a picture with the small connector, on the other side of your board (see arrow). I found this in the manual, but I will look forward today. later edit: I made some screenshots, maybe will be easier for you (3rd attach)
Wrong. Put 12 V on pin 21 (yellow) and pin 22 (violet) and ground on pin 14 (brown). As a confirmation, our colleague Patrick Wong has write about this many time ago... (post 30)
