I just checked and could not check my level of charge. Not the same message as you though. I made another attempt after 10 minutes and success.
It's still wonky. I can see information initiated FROM the car but I can't send commands TO the car. EXAMPLE: If I plug the car in I see the date/time I plugged it in but I can't tell the car to start charging immediately.
Yep it’s wonky. It loads, but doesn’t communicate with the car 70% of the time. Who do we call about this? This is why we pay for the Toyota safety service! So I can remote charge and cool the car!
There’s a new warning when trying to initiate remote climate control that says do not do it while someone is in the car. (Fine no problem) I select do not show me this again. Could this be the bug? Anyone else seen this?
My free Entune subscription expires in a few days. I was trying to decide if I should pay to keep the service. This interruption in service helped me decide to let the service lapse.
I’m scared they are considering not supporting it anymore which is outrageous considering it’s the only reason I pay for the safety connect service. Anyone know who I can call to complain other then the general line?
Update** it’s working again. There has to be a department at Toyota that handles entune and it’s network. I will seriously pay someone if they can give me a contact number to this division that handles it. These features are critical for me on a daily basis!
CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I RENEWED MY SAFETY CONNECT AFTER MY TRIAL ENDED FOR MY 2017 PRIUIS PRIME LAST SUNDAY. I ACCIDENTLY LOGGED OUT OF MY ENTUNE MOBIL APP. I NEEDED MY CONTRACT ID # TO BE ABLE TO USE THE CHARGE MANAGEMNT FEAUTURE AGAIN. AFTER SPENDING MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH SAFETY CONNECT AND ENTUNE THEY FINALLY PROVIDED ME MY CONTRACT NUMBER. NOW WHEN I TRY TO ENTER IT ON MY ENTUNE IT SAYS I AM USEING A WRONG OR INVALID NUMEBR. CALLED SAFETY CONNECT AND ENTUNE AGAIN THEY CANT HELP ME.
